Vikranth's acting skills may have gone unnoticed among the fans but they are sitting up and taking notice of his cricketing skills. Throughout the tournament he has impressed with the bat and ball but it was his explosive innings in the final that has really grabbed eyeballs. His knock proved to be crucial in securing a win for Chennai Rhinos and he was declared Man of the Match.
For Tamil cinema fans, he has become a real life hero and we are guessing they would definitely like to see more of him on the big screen. And if Lagaan, Aamir Khan's Academy award nominated cricketing saga, were to be remade in Tamil, Vikranth would be the perfect choice for the hero. Good going Vikranth and congratulations from Behindwoods.
