Filmmaker Sargunam’s debut directorial Kalavani proved to be a decorous family entertainer and it was a success. And now, we have the same combination of Vimal and Sargunam gearing up for their next film Vaagai Sooda Vaa, which is set in backdrops of 1966. Director Sargunam reaffirms that the film will have lots of fun and frolic along with a strong message that will evoke awareness amongst the audiences.
Shedding light on the film, Sargunam says, “It has been a wonderful experience working with this genre of film. Art director Seenu Nirmanith, a former associate of Sabu Cyril has done a colossal job with set decorations. We have registered some interesting facts about the culture of Tamil Nadu in 1966, which will be one of the major highlights of the movie.”
