Producer SPB Charan has finally won the battle as he is all set to release ‘Aaranya Kandam’, directed by Thiyagarajan Kumararaja. He was having issues with the Censor Board officials who wanted to chop off about 52 scenes but, both the director and the producer were strictly against it as such cuts would make the film worthless.The issue was taken to the Tribunal and finally, SPB Charan decided to cut a few scenes and still retain the film’s flow. With this, ‘Aaranya Kandam’ is ready to hit the silver screens. He said plans are being made to release the movie on the 10th of June 2011.
Speaking about the film, SPB Charan has appealed to all the parents not to bring their children under the age of 18 to watch the film.
