Velayutham team has moved over to Thiruvananthapuram, where some important scenes are being canned. Director Jayam Raja is filming scenes that involve Vijay here. Soon after the shooting in Thiruvananthapuram is complete, the team will go abroad to shoot a song sequence. The shooting of Velayutham is expected to be wrapped up very soon and the release date will be fixed upon. It may be mentioned here that the climax scenes have already been shot in Chennai just a few days ago and the scenes being shot in Thiruvananthapuram are a continuation of that.
