Kushboo met the DMK MP Kanimozhi, the daughter of the former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, M Karunanidhi recently. The meeting took place when Kanimozhi was brought to the CBI Court where she was locked up in a cell there. It may be mentioned here that Kanimozhi has been arrested for the 2G Spectrum scandal.Kushboo had said, during the arrest of Kanimozhi that she supports her full-heartedly being a woman. The actress, who turned into a staunch DMK loyalist recently, spoke to Kanimozhi for a few minutes and shook hands with her.
Kushboo said that, she had enquired about the jail life and discussed about the present political situation in Tamil Nadu.
